A Tennessee man accused of rape and incest was recently captured as a fugitive in Pontiac.

The capture of Cedric Joseph Howell, 39, was coordinated by the U.S. Marshals Service – Western District of Tennessee and the Eastern District of Michigan, according to the USMS.
